Siloed vaults
One on-chain vault per account. Your balances, freezes, and fees never mix with another programme.
coinharbour.co.zaSafe harbour for stablecoin rewards
For retailers, banks, and loyalty programmes. A stablecoin reward programme your customers can actually redeem, outside closed affiliate networks, settled in USDC or USDT.
Traditional points programmes trap value inside proprietary rails. Customers cannot move rewards freely; finance teams cannot see on-chain settlement; integrators rebuild the same voucher logic for every brand. CoinHarbour is an open rewards rail: you fund a siloed escrow, allocate points through a REST API, and redeem with issued claim codes, without requiring end users to visit our site or complete KYC with us.
One account per business, signed in with email and password. That account owns the vault, ledger, and API keys. You create and revoke named keys yourself. Give each developer or system its own key instead of extra logins. An engineer can also mint a sandbox key without a company account if they only need to test the API.
Sandbox uses the same endpoints as live. Customers, points, claim codes, and webhooks all work. Escrow is a virtual 100 USDC balance in the database. Nothing is transferred on-chain until you go live and fund a real vault.
One on-chain vault per account. Your balances, freezes, and fees never mix with another programme.
No consumer app to white-label. Integrate customers, credits, and claims into your existing CRM or POS stack.
Instant test keys with virtual escrow. Validate the full flow before funding mainnet.
Credits, programme costs, and withdrawals are recorded and reconciled to chain. Finance and risk stay in the loop.
We describe these as costs, not hidden platform fees. Industry context: headless loyalty rails often charge about 2% of loyalty value issued or redeemed; affiliate networks commonly add a 2–5% transaction / override plus monthly platform fees, on top of publisher commissions (often 5–20% of sale). CoinHarbour keeps the split simple: businesses fund rewards and pay rail costs; end customers are not billed by us.
| Cost | Paid by | Default rate | When it applies |
|---|---|---|---|
| Funding cost Portion of each top-up that covers operating the rail (vault, ledger, compliance tooling). | Account | 5% of gross deposit | When you fund escrow (on-chain or EFT). Example: fund 100 USDC → 95 USDC usable for rewards. |
| Redemption processing Usage cost on each successful claim payout. | Account (from escrow) | 0.5% of payout | When a claim is paid. Charged to the programme vault on top of face value. The customer still receives the full reward. |
| Network gas recovery On-chain transaction cost we front in native gas, recovered in USDC/USDT. | Account (from escrow) | At cost (stablecoin) | Each on-chain redeem / credit relay. Customers still receive rewards without holding MATIC/ETH. |
| Reward value itself The points / USDC you choose to grant customers. | Account | You set the budget | When you credit points. This is your loyalty spend, not a CoinHarbour charge. |
| End-customer charges | None from CoinHarbour | R0 / $0 | Customers redeem with your claim code. They are not charged a CoinHarbour account fee, subscription, or redemption surcharge by us. Wallet amount = full claim value. Redemption processing and gas recovery are extra, taken from your vault. |
Defaults above are the current product configuration and can be set per account at activation. There is no separate monthly software fee. Costs scale with funding and redemptions, closer to loyalty-rail usage pricing than affiliate network retainers.
